Zeatech Textile Sales and Distribution System have a special track of activities related to textile sales and distribution. The system has an elaborate set of support modules – distribution handler, forecasting, customer allocation, customer returns, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer management and supplier management.
Inventory module handles the stock receipt by category and by brand. Inventory is maintained by multiple units like bundles, pieces and yard/meter. Sales record shows the type of material sold, number of meters/yards sold in details.
Customer module handles customer, head office and franchise information, credit limit, discount structure, payment term, area and route, currency, customer status etc.
Supplier module handles supplier information, discount structure, debit note, credit note, returns to supplier, claim note etc.
Maintenance module handles tax maintenance, data backup, data restore, data purging and company information.
Reports module can produce reports by customers, by inventory, by category and also it can be customised as you need.
