The Client:
Client focuses on supplying platform services through an Application Program Interface (API) or a customer-branded web interface or Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and processes credit card, debit card, and electronic check transactions. Their product interfaces with its corporate customers' systems to provide up to date billing information as well as daily settlement and comprehensive online reporting which streamlines reconciliation.
Additionally, other companies that bill their customers can leverage the service as well.
THE OBJECTIVE:
To develop a PCI compliance online payment portal with various features and functionalities that includes Application Program Interface (API), Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Customer Server Representative (CSR).

Customers will be able to customize the user interface according to their own web site styles and color schemes.

OPENWAVE SOLUTION:
As this application deals with financial transactions and sensitive information like credit card, debit card, check and saving accounts, it is mandatory that the application be developed in such a way to be a PCI compliance system.

Openwave followed various securities and coding guidelines to make the system PCI compliance.
